These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hello Zhia website, web app, and the Zhia AI companion (together, the "Service"), provided by Hello Zhia, Inc., a California corporation ("Hello Zhia," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Zhia is — and isn't

Zhia is an AI-powered spiritual and integration coach. She uses your Human Design chart to offer education, reflection, journal prompts, and gentle somatic and nervous-system practices.

Zhia is not a therapist, counselor, doctor, or crisis service. Nothing in the Service is medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. Human Design is a self-reflection framework; it is not scientifically validated, and you should not rely on it for medical, financial, or other major decisions.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, US) or call 911 or your local emergency number.

2. AI-generated content

Zhia's responses are generated by artificial intelligence. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not right for your situation. Use your own judgment, and stop any practice that feels uncomfortable.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. Give us accurate information, including your birth details, since your chart depends on them. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

5. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you buy.

• Reports: One-time report purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered.

• Subscriptions: Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, and you will keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before they apply to an active subscription.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: attempting to access other users' data; reverse-engineering or overloading the Service; using it to harass, harm, or deceive anyone; or using automated tools to extract content.

7. Intellectual property

Hello Zhia, Inc. owns the Service, including Zhia's name, personality, methods, and content. You may use what Zhia gives you for your personal, non-commercial use. You keep ownership of what you write to Zhia, and you give us permission to use it to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result or outcome will follow from using it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hello Zhia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are significant, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Shasta, California.
